Meet the builder

I have always had a passion for design and construction. I spent the last 14 years in the real estate industry with a focus on new construction and renovations. I attended Delaware technical community college for construction management. Over the last 10 years I worked for several builders in addition to building my own real estate brokerage. In 2017 I left Delaware for a year to run a real estate office in Key West. My wife and I had our first child down there but decided to return a year later to be closer to family. In 2018 My business partner and I decided to form Stitik Foster Homes. Today we operate in Sussex county Delaware and take pride in offering our customers quality built homes with the latest materials, construction methods, and features in the industry.
