Our Process

Bring your ideas and we will share ours. This will be a collaborative meeting to discuss your wants, needs, and budget. If you feel that this  is a good fit we will move on to the next stage.

At this stage will determine the fit and finish as well as construction materials and methods to best suit your needs and make the home perform to your standards. We will take the time to discuss with you the pros and cons of the various types of materials and construction methods. From here we will work with our architect to begin design of your new home.

Once we have your design completed, we will begin the construction process. We want you to be involved and informed every step of the way. We will bring you in for a series of walk throughs during the various stages of construction. Upon completion we will bring you in for your new home orientation where we will go over operation and maintenance of all the systems in your new home.
